Return Policy

We understand that purchasing original artwork is a significant investment. All original paintings may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The artwork must be in its original condition, unaltered and undamaged
• All original packaging materials must be retained and used for return shipping
• The certificate of authenticity and any accompanying documentation must be included
• The artwork must not have been framed, mounted, or modified in any way

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at shaunmasonsstudio@outlook.com within the return window
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Await return authorization and shipping instructions
• Carefully package the artwork using the original materials
• Ship the artwork using a tracked and insured service

Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your artwork arrives damaged or with defects:

• Contact us immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence
• Do not discard any packaging materials
• We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you
• A full refund or replacement will be provided

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different artwork, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
